An ultra-luxury wellness estate comprising 21 bespoke villas and a 2,000 m² retreat core, the Cocoons Wellness Estate unfolds across a sloping site framed by panoramic sea, mountain, and mangrove views. Conceived as a first-of-its-kind destination, it merges architecture, regenerative living, and strategic investment vision into a singular, enduring asset.

The development’s philosophy is rooted in raw simplicity, biophilic design, and holistic regeneration. At its conceptual heart lies the oval geometry of cocoons and pebbles—timeless forms symbolizing protection, nurture, and renewal. These archetypes evolve into the architectural and landscape language of the project, guiding a journey from stillness to vitality.

Anchoring the estate, the 2,000 m² Wellness Pavilion serves as its spiritual and social nexus: a sanctuary dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and restorative therapies.
