Mazen Khalifa is a Project and Design Director with over 28 years of international experience across hospitality, mixed-use and large-scale developments in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

He specialises in design management, technical coordination and construction delivery, ensuring that complex projects are executed with clarity, rigour and alignment to commercial objectives. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through procurement, construction and handover, with a strong focus on quality assurance, programme control and technical integrity.

Mazen has worked across client, consultant and contractor environments, providing a comprehensive understanding of project delivery and enabling effective coordination between stakeholders, disciplines and delivery frameworks.

His portfolio includes major hospitality and mixed-use developments with leading international brands and operators, including Four Seasons, St. Regis, Hilton, Jumeirah, Hyatt and Sofitel. Key projects include Four Seasons Amaala (KSA), The Avenues Riyadh, Jabal Omar Development, Port Ghalib Resort (Egypt), Salam Resort (Bahrain), St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort (Abu Dhabi), and CityStars Heliopolis (Cairo).

Mazen has held senior roles with leading international organisations including Red Sea Global, AECOM, NORR Group, Wilson Associates and UCC Holding, operating across both design and delivery environments.

He holds an MSc in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, a BSc in Architectural Engineering, and is a LEED Green Associate.
